This past summer, I had the honor of designing the florals for a stunning wedding in the heart of Sonoma County. The celebration began at Château Sonoma, a private estate with an enchanting garden and expansive lawn. The bride and groom chose to exchange their vows outdoors in this picturesque setting, surrounded by the natural beauty of the estate.

The ceremony space was a dream of lush garden-style florals. A series of aisle markers created a floral pathway leading to the altar, which featured two breathtaking freestanding floral installations. These installations framed the couple beautifully, providing an elegant and organic backdrop as they said their vows. The bride and groom opted for a classic and timeless white color palette, with arrangements filled with roses, spray roses, and textured greenery to add depth and movement. The bridal bouquet mirrored this design, featuring shades of white and ivory with an airy, romantic feel.

After the ceremony, we carefully repurposed all the floral arrangements for the reception at the Songbird Parlour in Glen Ellen. This charming venue, with its lush green aesthetic, provided a perfect contrast to the elegant white florals. The arrangements, paired with candlelight, transformed the space into an intimate, magical setting.

This wedding was a true celebration of timeless elegance and thoughtful design. The combination of Sonoma’s natural beauty, the curated florals, and the bride and groom’s vision made this event one I will always remember. It was an honor to bring their dream wedding to life and to witness such a meaningful celebration of love.
