This past fall, I had the honor of designing florals for a beautiful and intimate elopement at MacArthur Place in Sonoma. Alex, the sweetest bride, reached out to me with a vision of translating her love story into her floral arrangements. She wanted her celebration to feel warm, romantic, and personal, and I was thrilled to bring her dream to life.

For her design, Alex chose a stunning fall color palette featuring mustard yellows, mauve, blush pinks, whites, and plenty of texture. Her vision was a garden-style arrangement for her main table, accented with lots of candlelight to create an intimate and cozy atmosphere. We incorporated an abundance of candles throughout the design, as this was her main request, and the result was absolutely magical. The soft glow of the candlelight paired with the lush florals created a romantic ambiance that perfectly reflected Alex’s style.

MacArthur Place provided the ideal setting for this special day. With its timeless charm and endless photo opportunities, it served as the perfect backdrop for Alex’s elopement. It’s always a pleasure to work at such a beautiful venue, and seeing how happy Alex was with the final design made the experience even more special.
